No Is A Complete Sentence

This week's episode is all about that two-letter word that equips us to develop and maintain healthy boundaries - No!

It is unrealistic to think we can be available to everyone and everything twenty-four hours a day. I needed this reminder as I began to feel the weight of invitations, messages, and just life itself.

How Jesus Viewed Women

I missed the opportunity to recognize International Women's Day back in March because I was full-on She Rises 2021 Women's Conference mode. But hey, we can celebrate, honor, and show value to women any month of the year, right?!

So often women feel a need to somehow prove themselves to show they have something to bring to the table. Especially in leadership roles outside of the traditional settings, women are often met with pushback and questions about their role.

Let's connect this week and take a look at how Jesus viewed women and what He thought about women fulfilling leadership roles. I'm excited you're here this week!

Shame is Not the Boss of You

Ever feel the weight of shame? Me too. You're not alone, I think all of us have. 

While I've gained a lot of freedom in this area of my life, every now and then shame shows up in my life as it did just a few weeks ago. Like the bully it is, shame backed me into a corner and made me question a few things in my life.

I believe shame attacks our identity in Christ and what we've been called to do on the earth. But shame is not the boss of you! It does not have permission or authority in your life. You can take authority over it and replace those lies with the truth!

She Rises Activated

This is the final episode of the three-part miniseries based on the message I gave at the recent 2021 Annual She Rises Women's Conference. In this series, we have been awakened to our identity in Christ, aligned to Kingdom principles, and this week we will take all of what we've learned and be activated as women on a mission! 

We are created for impact and for such a time as this, let's rise!

Somewhere someone will be the fruit of your obedient Yes to God! The world is waiting for the daughters of the King to rise, take their position as a voice in the world and make an impact for all of eternity!

She Rises Awakened

Nothing to Prove

I think one of the biggest freedoms we can have is from the pressure to feel we have to prove ourselves. Jesus was tempted by many to prove Himself and who He claimed to be, but we can learn from His example how to overcome this temptation!

When you and I know who we are in Him, and live from that place, we can overcome the pressure to prove ourselves.

No Matter Your Circumstance, You are Enough with guest, Angela Hudson

It seems women nowadays are bombarded with subtle messages that convey we're just not quite enough in this world. There are a lot of resources available for us to overcome in this area, yet those subtle messages continue to trip us up every now and then.

We may not want to admit it but we've all had feelings of jealousy. It's part of living in this world and human nature to want what someone else has and jealousy often leads to comparison among other things.
