Confident in Your Own Skin with Molly Bingaman
Tuesday May 25, 2021
Tuesday May 25, 2021
This week's episode ranks up there as one of my favorites! As women, we understand the frustration with feeling self-conscious about our appearance. For some, shame whispers their worth and value is connected to that frustration. But, there is hope! And freedom!
My guest this week is Molly Bingaman, founder of Ladybird Styling located in Kansas City MO. With over ten years of experience and having been trained by Stacey London of TLC's What Not to Wear, Molly and her team at Ladybird are on a mission to help women overcome any frustration or shame in their appearance.

No Is A Complete Sentence
Tuesday May 18, 2021
Tuesday May 18, 2021
This week's episode is all about that two-letter word that equips us to develop and maintain healthy boundaries - No!
It is unrealistic to think we can be available to everyone and everything twenty-four hours a day. I needed this reminder as I began to feel the weight of invitations, messages, and just life itself.
You and I have permission to say no and contend for our health and well-being.

How Jesus Viewed Women
Tuesday May 11, 2021
Tuesday May 11, 2021
I missed the opportunity to recognize International Women's Day back in March because I was full-on She Rises 2021 Women's Conference mode. But hey, we can celebrate, honor, and show value to women any month of the year, right?!
So often women feel a need to somehow prove themselves to show they have something to bring to the table. Especially in leadership roles outside of the traditional settings, women are often met with pushback and questions about their role.
Let's connect this week and take a look at how Jesus viewed women and what He thought about women fulfilling leadership roles. I'm excited you're here this week!

Shame is Not the Boss of You
Tuesday May 04, 2021
Tuesday May 04, 2021
Ever feel the weight of shame? Me too. You're not alone, I think all of us have.
While I've gained a lot of freedom in this area of my life, every now and then shame shows up in my life as it did just a few weeks ago. Like the bully it is, shame backed me into a corner and made me question a few things in my life.
I believe shame attacks our identity in Christ and what we've been called to do on the earth. But shame is not the boss of you! It does not have permission or authority in your life. You can take authority over it and replace those lies with the truth!
I can't wait to connect with you this week!

She Rises Activated
Monday Apr 26, 2021
Monday Apr 26, 2021
This is the final episode of the three-part miniseries based on the message I gave at the recent 2021 Annual She Rises Women's Conference. In this series, we have been awakened to our identity in Christ, aligned to Kingdom principles, and this week we will take all of what we've learned and be activated as women on a mission!
We are created for impact and for such a time as this, let's rise!
Somewhere someone will be the fruit of your obedient Yes to God! The world is waiting for the daughters of the King to rise, take their position as a voice in the world and make an impact for all of eternity!

She Rises Aligned
Tuesday Apr 20, 2021
Tuesday Apr 20, 2021
This week's episode is the second message in a three-part mini-series I'm doing from the recent She Rises MN Annual Conference. I wanted to offer these three episodes for those who were unable to attend as a way to catch a little of what I spoke on Friday night of the conference. It is also a great refresher for those who were able to attend!
Aligned. You have a destiny that God has created you for. You are a destined woman of God! Fulfilling our destinies requires each of us to be fully aligned with God, His truth, and Kingdom principles.
I'm excited to connect with you again this week!

She Rises Awakened
Tuesday Apr 13, 2021
Tuesday Apr 13, 2021
The Annual She Rises Women's Conference 2021 is officially in the books! In a future episode I will share some specific highlights of the weekend, but this week and over the next two, I thought I would touch on small parts of the message I shared at the conference.
Speaking on purpose and potential is like a "sweet spot" for me! I find such fulfillment speaking these truths over the lives of women - each of you has God-given potential and were created on purpose for a purpose!

Nothing to Prove
Tuesday Apr 06, 2021
Tuesday Apr 06, 2021
I think one of the biggest freedoms we can have is from the pressure to feel we have to prove ourselves. Jesus was tempted by many to prove Himself and who He claimed to be, but we can learn from His example how to overcome this temptation!
When you and I know who we are in Him, and live from that place, we can overcome the pressure to prove ourselves.
There's freedom for you, friend, in this area!

No Matter Your Circumstance, You are Enough with guest, Angela Hudson
Monday Mar 29, 2021
Monday Mar 29, 2021
It seems women nowadays are bombarded with subtle messages that convey we're just not quite enough in this world. There are a lot of resources available for us to overcome in this area, yet those subtle messages continue to trip us up every now and then.
If that's you, first allow me to encourage you that you are not alone. I think you will find a lot of value in my conversation with my guest this week, Angela Hudson. Angela is a friend of mine that I highly admire in many ways. She is carrying a message that is needed in the world and is on a mission to help women find freedom in the truth they are enough.
The heartbeat behind this podcast is to connect women first and foremost with their Creator, but also connect women with one another. In doing so, I hope to help equip and empower you to step into your God-given potential. Angela and I are excited to connect with you this week!
You can learn more about Angela at https://www.angelahudson.org/ and follow her on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/angeladhudson1/ and Facebook at Angela Hudson. AND, she has a podcast! Overcoming Jealousy
Tuesday Mar 23, 2021
Tuesday Mar 23, 2021
We may not want to admit it but we've all had feelings of jealousy. It's part of living in this world and human nature to want what someone else has and jealousy often leads to comparison among other things.
In this week's episode, I'm excited to welcome back to the show my friend, Stephanie Anderson. I so appreciate Steph's vulnerability and wisdom on this topic; I think you will too. We're excited to connect with you today!
